PrintGo operates entirely offline for its core printing functionality. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as your name, email address, or phone number.

2. Required Device Permissions

To provide our core printing functionality, PrintGo requires specific device permissions. These are used strictly locally and the data accessed is never transmitted to our servers or third parties:

Bluetooth: Required to discover, pair, and send print commands to Bluetooth-enabled thermal printers.
Local Network (Wi-Fi/LAN): Required to discover and communicate with receipt printers connected to your local Wi-Fi network.
Photo Library (Gallery): Required to allow you to select images from your device for the sole purpose of printing them. We only access the specific images you choose to print.

3. Local Storage

The app saves basic configuration settings locally on your device (such as your selected printer preferences and IP addresses) using local storage mechanisms. This data remains on your device and is never uploaded to the cloud or shared with third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

PrintGo uses a free, public Time API (timeapi.io) strictly for verifying the current date and time to ensure app integrity. This request is anonymous and does not transmit any user data, device identifiers, or IP addresses to us.

5. Security

We value your trust in using our application. Since we do not collect or store your personal data on external servers, the risk of data breaches involving your personal information through our app is effectively zero. However, please remember that no method of electronic transmission or storage on mobile devices is 100% secure.

6. Children's Privacy

Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
